Training
The selected Fellows shall undergo an orientation training of three months duration. Details of the training modules will be made available shortly.

Training Schedule
Orientation Training (Ist Cohort of 70 candidates)| 28th Feb - 30th May, 2014 | Capacity Building Training Programme for the first cohort of 70 PMRDFs at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai Campus |
| 28th Feb - 19th Apr, 2014 | Residential training program of 6 weeks - 36 working days (including one day for orientation and 35 days of essential teaching - modules adding to 14 credits - each credit equals 15 teaching hours - will be completed) |

(a) April 21, 22, 23 & 24th 2014: Examination (for 50% of the credit weightage; another 50% would be assigned to weekly assessment of assignments and class presentations) April 4th and 5th: Orientation to Field work |
| 29th Apr - 25th May, 2014 | Field Immersion: Supervised field work placement at districts: one week of orientation at the State and district level followed by 3 weeks of village placement (Immersion process and report will be assessed for 6 credits) |

(b) Presentation of immersion report and assessment (c) Oral Examination Finalisation of results: Based on the outcome of a, b and c PMRDFs will be graded and awarded certificate of completion of orientation training. |
