1 Browser version

Kindly use Internet Explorer (version 7 to 9) or Mozilla Firefox (14 to 23) or Google Chrome (20 to 28) to fill in the Application Form. Please, clear Internet Browser Cache (History) before login.

3 Start by registering

  • Please check the eligibility criteria before registering.
  • Click here to register. Read the instructions carefully on the page before proceeding further.
  • Once you proceed, you will be asked to provide your name, date of birth, social category, email address and mobile number. Please, provide authentic email address and contact details considering that this email will be used for any official communication regarding the process. Please note that: General and OBC(NC) candidates those born on or before 30th November 1991 and born on or after 1st December 1985 are eligible to apply. SC and ST candidates those born on or before 30th November 1991 and born on or after 1st December 1981 are eligible to apply.
  • Once you fill in the details and click on 'submit', in a few minutes you will receive a numeric password on the email address provided by you. You require this password to go to the next step i.e. to login and complete the online application form
  • The login and password shall help you to start with on line application process.

4 Application Form

4.1 Personal Details

4.1.1 Personal information:

  • Name of the applicant: Please enter your name as mentioned in the matriculation mark sheet / recognized identity proofs. If you have changed your name, please mention the name which has been updated in the GoI records and for which you have authentic documents.
  • Date of Birth: Kindly mention the correct date of birth as officially certified in your birth certificate, matriculation mark-sheet, or any other identity proof issued by Government of India, which is recognised as proof of birth.
  • Sex: Please mention your sex as certified in the identification documents issued by GoI.
  • Category: Please mention your social category; kindly ensure that you have the authentic documents to support the details. For reserve category aspirants it is not essential to upload the caste certificate for the online application process but it shall be important to produce it during the written and Interview stage of the process for verification.
  • State of Domicile: Please mention the domicile. It is not essential to upload the certificate but you need to mention authentic information, which is subject to verification during, or post selection process.

4.1.2 Work Experience

  • Do you have work experience? : Please mention if you have work experience.
  • Are you currently employed? : Based on the affirmative reply of the above please mention how many years. Please ensure that you provide the correct entries while filling in the dates and details of the current employment
  • Mention the details of work you have done (in 250 characters): Kindly note that the subjective description of details of work need to be restricted to 250 characters. Any details beyond the character limit shall not be accepted.

4.1.3 Family Income

Parent's/Guardian's annual income for financial year 2012-2013: Parent /Guardian’s annual income for financial year 2012-2013. Kindly note if parents income is nil, then please enter ‘ Zero’.

4.1.4 Present Address

  • Present Address: Please enter the present address, if your permanent address and your present address is the same please click on Permanent Address Same as Present Address? If “YES” (Data will be populated automatically, if this is not the case, then click on “NO” and finally on “YES” again) to ensure that your entry is recorded.
  • Kindly check all the entries before you move on to the next page – please click on save if you are sure about the entries and do not wish to make any changes & then click on  next  to move to next form

4.2 Qualification Details

  • Graduation Detail: Please enter the details of your graduation including – Graduation Discipline, Graduate in, College/University of graduation, Place of graduation, Year of graduation, Average % marks in graduation.
  • Post-Graduation Detail: Post graduation is concerned preceded by three years bachelor degree, it is clarified that when the one year post graduation (either degree or equivalent diploma) is from a regular full time course offered by a recognised University/ Institution we will consider it as a valid qualification for the purpose of eligibility because this ensures the minimum of four year studies at Undergraduate/ Postgraduate level as prescribed under eligibility criteria. Recognized university/institution will mean universities/institutions recognized by UGC/AICTE/MCI or Nursing Council. "  
  • At least 50% marks in the aggregate at the graduate or Post-graduate level, whichever is qualifying. While entering details of marks in the online application form, candidates having scores as grade points should convert them to corresponding percentages by referring to the conversion table provided by their college/ university.
  • Computer Skills: Computer Skills - Please enter the skill sets, which you have including – Word Processing and Data base creation and analysis. Please take note of the character limit of subjective questions for the entries to be accepted by the system.
  • Exam Centre selection: Please use the drop down menu – for entry; please note the disclaimer before proceeding further action.
  • References: Please share references of two individuals; please do not upload any references for this application process.

4.3 Documents Upload

  • Photograph: Please upload your recent passport size photograph with jpg/jpeg or gif format only, maximum size upload 150KB (If this is not the case kindly resize the image to ensure its less than or equal to 150 KB)

4.4 Modes of Payment

Please choose the mode of payment, kindly note that the application process shall not be considered complete until you make the payments though bank challan or through online banking.

  • Payment by cash: Candidates who pay by cash have to scan the 'PMRDF Copy' of the challan in PDF format and upload it to the system once they have made the payment. Maximum size uploads 200KB. (If this is not the case kindly resize the PDF to ensure its less than or equal to 200 KB). After scrutinizing the uploaded challan if it is found that the challan copy is not authentic the application will be rejected and the candidate will be sent an email informing the same. The candidate has to then re-register again using a different emailid and fill the form once again and ensure that the correct bank challan is uploaded.
  • Online payment: Candidates can pay using credit card/ debit card/ net banking. There maybe instances where one would receive a message from the bank informing that the amount has been deducted from the bank but you may see a message on the application form which reads 'Please click edit and make payment'. In such cases, candidates are requested to pay again and complete the application form. Once the bank gives us a confirmation that the amount was indeed deducted, we will refund the extra amount paid and and a mail will be sent when a refund is initiated. Please note the refund is subject to the bank operations and varies from bank to bank, the approximate refund time is 15 working days. 5 Tackling issues while filling up the form

5.1 Issues with uploading documents
